WHEN SHIT HITS THE FAN, I LEAN IN ON GRATITUDE

It used to be challenging to recalibrate and find answers to even the most straightforward questions - after taking an L (a loss).

Then I started following a 3-step process to realign my brain and energy that can be summed up in 1 word: GRATITUDE.

Think of 12 or more things that you're grateful for. For example. Thank you for this comfy couch. Thank you for this juicy hamburger. Thank you for my health. Thank you because I always find solutions. Thank you for another day. Thank you for my warm home. Thank you to my family. Thank you for the two new prospects that we’re submitting proposals to. Thank you for a new day to manifest what I desire. Thank you for my circle of support. Thank you for this milkshake., etc., etc

Write them in a notebook, on a napkin, whiteboard, wherever

Repeat this process when you wake up every morning (before interacting with any devices or other humans) that may take you off balance even a little bit
